REGISTRATION DETAILS:
REDUCED MEMBER REGISTRATION *
Reduced congress registration is available to all active ESCR Members with their membership fee balanced until latest May 31, 2010. Any membership payments done after May 31, 2010 may not be granted the reduced ESCR 2010 congress registration.
REDUCED RESIDENT REGISTRATION **
Reduced congress registration will be offered to residents (radiologists still in training) until the age of 35 years (incl. the age of 35). Residents have to send or fax a letter from their head of department, written on official hospital letter paper, confirming their status as such within 5 days of completed on-line registration. In case this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to a regular fee.
REDUCED NURSE, TECHNOLOGIST OR PHYSICIST REGISTRATION ***
Nurses, Technologists and Physicists have to send or fax a letter from their head of department, written on official hospital letter paper, confirming their status as such within 5 days of completed on-line registration. In case this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to a regular fee.
STUDENT REGISTRATION ****
Registrations categorized as Student are limited to students without any academic title and must be accompanied by a valid student ID. The general age limit for students as such is set at 30 years (incl. the age of 30). Student Registration is possible only onsite.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Please observe the relevant ESCR deadlines. Reduced registration fees are only available upon receipt of the registration fee at the ESCR account before end of the respective deadline. If the payment is received after the deadline, registration fee will be adjusted accordingly and registration will be considered as incomplete.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation more than 30 days prior to the congress, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded after the congress.
A cancellation less than 30 days prior to the congress will not result in a refund.
NAME CHANGE
Name changes will be treated like the cancellation of one registration and the registration of another participant.
BADGES AND SAFETY
The safety of all congress delegates and participants is of utmost importance to the ESCR. Security measures and precautions at the ESCR 2010 venue have been tightened to ensure maximum security for all attendees. Badges must be worn visibly on the congress grounds at all times. The ESCR reserves the right for staff to check participants' identification upon admission to and/or inside the congress venue. Participants may at any time be requested to present adequate proof of identity, in the form of a passport, driver's license, national or military identification or student ID. Documents for the proof of identity must include a photograph and signature.
CONGRESS MATERIAL
The congress material (badges, etc.) will be made available to the participant on-site at the relevant terminals.
